Access checks are carried out to determine whether or not a chosen product can be successfully delivered to the room of choice and by which method.
Please ensure that no alterations to the property take place after an access check is carried out.
This is a non-refundable service. Once the survey has taken place, you will be told whether your potential purchase is likely to fit into your house. You cannot have a refund of this access check fee if told it won’t fit, nor can it be off-set against the cost of the purchase.
