Le Fruit de MONIN Lime evokes aromas and flavours of freshy cut limes. Limes are grown in many varied climates and countries all over the world including India, China and Argentina to name a few. India are the worlds leading producer, producing over 3.1 million tonnes a year. Limes are exceptionally rich in potassium and float in water whereas lemons sink. Limes are used for a variety of culinary and drink based recipes in many different cultures. Le Fruit de MONIN Lime is great for adding a zesty citrus note to iced teas, frappes, smoothies, cocktails and mocktails.
Ingredients
Sugar, water, lime juice, concentrated lime and lemon juice, lime peel, acids: citric acid, sodium citrate, natural lemon flavouring, thickener: pectin, natural flavouring, preservative: potassium the equivalent of 51% of fruit including 31% lime.
Directions
Add a desired measure of Monin Lima Puree to your drink and mix well.
